My product works fine but mdportableplayers it just doesn''t suit my needs so I''d like my money back. For most purchases, we offer a full refund within the first 30 days, provided the item is returned in new condition with all original packaging and accessories. Computers, monitors, printers, laptops and related merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase less a 15% restocking fee. Opened software and music can be exchanged for the same item during the first 30 days if defective; unopened software and music can be refunded during the 30-day time frame. Merchandise purchased as Open Box is not subject to the 15% open box fee. Returns for promotional package items will only be accepted if all mdportableplayers components of the promotional package are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged if defective.
