My discs product works fine but it just doesn''t suit my needs so I''d like my money buying back. For most purchases, we offer a full refund within the first 30 days, provided the item is returned in new condition with all original packaging and mini accessories. Computers, monitors, printers, laptops and related merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase less a 15% restocking fee. Opened software and music can be exchanged for the same item during the first 30 days if defective; unopened software and music can be refunded during the 30-day time frame. Merchandise purchased as discs Open Box is not subject to the 15% open box fee. Returns for buying promotional package items will only be accepted if all components of the promotional package are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged if defective.
